Please read the instructions to fully and properly use the features of the DryBuddy 2. Use with the optional patented DryBuddy Wetness Sensing Briefs for great Reliability, Comfort and Confidence! The wireless transmission range between the Sensor and Receiver can be up to seventy-two (72) feet or twenty-two (22) meters. This allows the receiver (alarm) to be placed around the house for convenient monitoring. Multiple receivers can be also be used for additional convenience. Use the DryBuddy2 straight out of the box. Nothing needs to be set. Customize it as you learn more. To immediately use the DryBuddy2 straight out of the box, only do the following: Open the receiver by removing the screw on its back using the supplied screw-driver (see instructions provided). Install the 2 AAA batteries (provided). Close the back and tighten its screw. Attach the magnetic sensor to the briefs at the location where urine comes out of the body (for girls) or a little lower (for boys). Place the flat magnetic cap on the inside of the briefs at its desired location, and attach the flat surface of the magnetic sensor at this location on the outside of the briefs, so the briefs are clamped between the flat pads of the magnetic sensor and the cap. For boy’s underwear, attach the flat surface of the magnetic sensor on the inside of the briefs, and the sensor inside the pouch (or pocket) (see diagrams provided). Make the child or user put on the briefs. Switch the system “on” by pressing both of the power buttons on opposite sides of the receiver for 2 seconds. The light on the receiver will flash Green. Switch the system “off” by pressing both of the power buttons on opposite sides of the receiver for 2 seconds. The light on the receiver will stop flashing. The DryBuddy 2 is FSA & HSA eligible. The DryBuddy 2 is a true mobile and wireless bedwetting/enuresis/incontinence alarm that allows mobile use with privacy. Freedom from wires and having to wear the alarm on the patient’s body or clothing. Sleep with the receiver/alarm next to the pillow, on a bed-side table, or be monitored from another room. Magnetic Sensor: The patented magnetic sensor can be used with regular cotton briefs or with the special DryBuddy wetness sensing briefs. At maximum volume, the transceiver audio alarm sound level can be as high as: 97.2 dB at 8 inches (20 cms), 91.5 dB at 2 feet (60 cms), 86.4 dB at 5 feet (150 cms).
