Cancellations must be made by email request to support@bedwettingtherapy.com before shipment for no charge. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned. Dr. Sagie Bedwetting Clinics Ltd. accepts returns of unused THERAPEE kits returned in their original, resalable condition within thirty days of purchase. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used STOPEE bedwetting alarms. Using the activation (login) code will terminate your rights for returning the merchandise. We will refund your purchase less shipment (to U.S address) and handling. We reserve the right to examine the returned purchase and to determine if it is in a saleable condition.
