We've assembled a few hundred Foosball tables in our day, and one of the most time-consuming and tedious steps is assembling the player rods. Not to worry! We've now designed and built tables that come with pre-assembled player rods. Spend less time assembling and more time playing! If you're looking for a table with a hassle-free installation, check out our tables with Quick-Connect bushings. Just slide them on the player rods and snap them into the table. Easy peasy. If your a more serious player who doesn't want to sacrifice performance, check out our tables with High-Performance Bushings. The internal ball bearings allow for more fluid and frictionless control of the player rods. After a valiant defensive stand, you go to clear the ball with your defender only to be stopped by YOUR OWN offensive player rod with their feet down. The opposition takes control and scores a quick goal. Dang. With weighted and balanced players, you can leave your offensive players with their feet up, and they'll stay like that after you let go. Typical rods will tilt back to the down position blocking potential clears. There's nothing worse than an unbalanced playfield where gravity plays like an extra defender. Most of our tables include built-in leg levelers to easily adjust the table for a more balanced playfield. Otherwise, our tables do include a shimpack to balance the table the ol' fashioned way. You've just been scored on and now have to take the dreaded "Walk of Shame" to the end of the table to retrieve the ball. Some tables are designed with a side ball return so you can discretely retrieve the ball, get back in the action and score a goal of your own! The classic form vs. function debate comes to light in foosballs - of all things. While the soccer-style ball may look the part and plays decently, the textured foosball gives you greater control of the ball, allowing for more advanced and technical moves.
