Material is black in color and is stretchable and breathable so it will not muffle the sound coming from the speaker. Will repel light rain but will NOT protect from and direct blast of water. Can be easily installed over any speaker grill. Kit comes with one 26"x13" piece of the material and can be cut to the desired size.
