Beelta BK1313B Small Cash Drawer ============================================================================== Received defective items? All of our cash drawers need to be done the test when leaves the factory, which can check the problems in the process of manufacturing, assembling, etc.. But it's hard for us to avoid the damage caused in transit or during the unloading process, or by other reasons. Plz con tact us for this issue while in use. Mount it under counter should be aligned to the hole at mounting brackets, please check the bracket size and make sure it could be supported. Usually, the brackets have lots of pre-drilled mounting holes. Please note that the bracket on our product page was automatically recommended by the system, not provided by Beelta. It's a Printer Driven cash drawer, so it only can be connected to receipt printer, not pos system or computer directly. Your application(pos system) on computer or iPad sends the correct command to receipt printer, tells it to open the cash drawer. The printer's driver is configured to open the cash drawer at the start or end of any printout. Some of the pos systems contains the command, but others don't. Then we should go to set by the printer and check to see what options are available within the printer's driver. If you want to order them from Beelta, just tell us the code on the lock/key, then it would be mailed from the factory directly (shipping costs 20 dollars). Plz keep your key safely.
