Six-Month Filter Life - For best filtration results, filter cartridge should be replaced every six month or 300 gallons of water filtration. The GE RPWFE is the new replacement water filter model for the older / discontinued rpwf model. 6 month filter life (cartridge should be replaced every 6 months at a rated capacity, or sooner if a noticeable reduction in flow rate occurs).
