This carrier rack is made of die cast/extruded, durable TIG-welded, heat-treated aluminum. This material is usually used for the bicycle frames and components, so it is as strong as your bicycle. The high quality material and manufacturing process reinforces it for extra strength. The total weight of this rack is about 1.83 lbs (830 g). Seatpost-mounted for light, top loads. Carries up to 22 lbs (10 kg), rubber sizing shims included, reflector attachable, TIG-welded, heat-treated, anodized aluminum. Secure and easy to use. Compatible with most bikes.
